Herne cherishes the ambition to strengthen the core function of its centre. Design agency VELD developed a vision on how space for culture, administrative services, care, youth and pleasant public spaces in the centre can go hand in hand.

Endeavour organised an interactive workshop and information moment in which residents sharpened the proposed scenario on the basis of three themes: landscape and experience, high-quality public space and programme and exchange.
